As a new addition to the much-loved Arctic Parka line, the Women’s  Arctic Parka Premium has the maximum length for total coverage,  dual-entry handwarmer pockets and an internal strap for easy carrying.  It's constructed from waterproof, breathable DryVent™ fabric, and filled  with warm, 600-fill recycled down insulation.

    I've never shopped at this merchant before, but I definitely will again. They shipped very quickly, and I love the coat! Other vendors are selling it for twice as much, and many of them were out of stock in my color and size. The coat is fantastic. I love all of the pockets. It's so warm. The carrying straps have a lot of people who are very active. There's also a flap at the bottom to give you room to move. The hood is also removable. My only concern is I might actually get hot in the winter, and I never fear that. I'm so excited about this coat.
